The UTEP Union Building offers a number of choices of rooms for conferences, meetings,
and lectures. Among these are the Tomas Rivera Conference Center, the Union Cinema,
Templeton Suite, and various other rooms. Not sure what our rooms look like? No problem.
Each meeting room is unique in design, color, and possible configurations. Information is
available on each meeting room including dimensions, typical setups, and special features.
Room rental rates and special charges are applicable.

Reservations should be made as soon as possible, since rooms are reserved on a first
come, first serve basis. 

A listing of technical equipment is available for our customers. The Union Building offers
full catering services through Sodexho. Call our office and see how we can host your
event. We will gladly assist in planning your activities, events, and conference needs.
