The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) and New Mexico State University (NMSU), once again are teaming up to offer a venue for you to recruit our students into public service. The Government and Public Service Career Fair is planned this year for Tuesday, October 23rd at NMSU and Thursday, October 25th at UTEP. Located just 40 miles apart, these two Hispanic – Serving Institutions (HSIs) have a combined enrollment of over 40,000 students. We invite you to attend both events.
Of course we continue to offer career events throughout the academic year and to coordinate our dates so that you can get “more bang for your buck.” You are encouraged to visit our web sites (utep.edu/careers or careerservices.nmsu.edu) if you wish to gather more information.
As a special feature this year, UTEP would like to extend an invitation to serve as a table host at our Etiquette Dinner on the evening of the 23rd. This will enable you to dine with seven students whose majors correspond with your recruiting needs. As you register for the event, at no extra cost to you, there will be an opportunity to indicate your intention to participate.
