Sweetheart Programs

Also, in the late 60's and early 70's there was a national rise in Sweetheart Progams who's purpose was to be sweethearts, or good friends to help Men's Fraternities with many of there every day tasks; such as, fund raising, or philanthropies. Today these organizations have been banned and most National Fraternities do not recognize sweethearts.
