By registering with Job Mine, students, alumni, employers, and others who use the system are agreeing to allow the personal and professional information they provide (e.g. name, address, telephone number, email address, degree(s), etc.), to be accessed by the University Career Center, and also that information found in profiles, résumés, postings, and other relevant documents is accurate, truthful, and current.

Students and alumni who register in Job Mine are agreeing to allow the University Career Center to share their résumés and other documents with participating employers, with the understanding that it will be shared only for the purpose of assisting them in their career planning activities.
