To apply for a U.S. Passport you will need the following documentation


1. Complete Application: 
    must be completed before attending your schedule time 

2. Original proof of citizenship (birth certificate or naturalization certificate)
3. Valid state ID (driver license, ID card, U.S. passport)
    ***You must bring a copy of valid state ID (front and back)***
4. Two passport photos (we do photos in the office)
5. Two separate payments: 1 to UTEP, 1 to Department of State

WE ONLY ACCEPT CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS

Expedited Service
Expedited service is an additional $60.00 per application, payable to U.S. Department of State.  

Appointments

1. Appointments are taken on a “Limited Walk-In” basis.
2. We accept 20-28 passports applications per day.
3. We have a sign-in sheet with 15 minute intervals.
4. We start accepting applications from 9:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. with a break between 1- 2 p.m.
5. The customers must sign in and wait or return at their given time. (One person per slot).
6. Once the sign-in sheet is full, NO exceptions will be made.
