Whether giving blood a few times a year or dedicating five hours a week to tutoring, students, faculty and staff at the University of Texas at El Paso are committed to service.

The UT Service and Civic Participation initiative recognizes that commitment and thanks those who give back to their communities.

UTEP volunteers can log in to this site to record their service hours in a private online journal and receive recognition from the university and the UT System.

Volunteers are also eligible to receive the President’s Volunteer Service Award given by the national President’s Council on Service and Civic Participation. Created to honor individuals who set a high standard of service, the award is given to volunteers who achieve certain service milestones in a year.
