Registration Instructions

· After you have created your account, click on the “Career Events Tab” at the Top and select “2009 Graduate & Professional Schools Fair.”
IMPORTANT POINTS TO REMEMBER
· Your confirmation packet will be emailed to the address you noted on the registration.
· Hotel and rental car information, a parking map, and parking permits will be included in your confirmation packet.
· If paying by credit card, you can use the PayPal option on this page. If you have problems or questions, please call our office manager Ms. Rose Baquera at 915-747-5640.
· If paying by check, please make checks payable to UTEP Career Center (FIN# 746-000-813).
· Cancellations after September 18, 2009 will receive a refund minus an administrative fee of $50. No refunds will be processed after September 21, 2009.
· Invoice and Receipts also will be coming to you via email.Contact Ms. Cindy Juarez with any questions you may have.
