ü       Receive appropriate documentation from the student prior to services being initiated.  Academic accommodations/services can be denied when appropriate documentation has not been provided to DSSO.

ü       Determine eligibility and appropriate accommodations

ü       Expect the student and the faculty to work togerther with DSSO to facilitate provision of academic accommodations

ü       Deny unreasonable academic accommodations, adjustments, and/or auxiliary services.  Accommodations can not impose undue hardship to, or fundamentally alter, a program or activity of the university.
