Testing Accommodations Minimize    

One factor covered by the American with Disabilities Act of 1990 and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 is the right of the student with a disability to take exams with appropriate accommodations that allow them to demonstrate their abilities rather than their disability.  Depending on the student and the exam, one or more accommodations may be needed.

Ø        Students are responsible for notifying the office one week before an exam/quiz that professor has given permission to use proctoring services at DSSO

 

Ø        Faculty are responsible for delivering exam to DSSO
