Purpose
The University Career Center is the central department on campus that oversees campus recruiting. (

Within the University structure, the Career Center is part of Student Affairs

The University of Texas at El Paso Division of Student Affairs utilizes The Council for the Advancement of Standards in Higher Education (CAS) self-assessment process to gauge the effectiveness of Student Affairs departments in the delivery of programs.
