1. Review and evaluate all maintenance and facility operations
procedures to ensure high levels of customer service as well
as efficiency of staffing and resource allocation.
2. Develop a comprehensive “Housing Operations” calendar in
order to have a more thorough understanding of actions and
events that need to be accomplished at various times of the
year.
3. Review and evaluate all business operations within the De-
partment of Residence Life to ensure University policies
and procedures are followed and fiscal soundness is being
attained.
4. Review and evaluate Residence Life program to ensure the
current and emerging needs of residents are being met.
5. Prepare a comprehensive marketing program to notify the
campus community about Miner Village and maintain a
high level of occupancy.
