Strategic Planning Process

Departments within the Division of Student Affairs develop goals and objectives in January of each year in preparation for the budgeting cycle.  Those goals and objectives are refined and adjusted in July and August in preparation for the upcoming school year.

On an annual basis, the Vice President for Student Affairs meets with his staff to review the short, mid and long-term initiatives of the Division.  The following is a listing of the Division Priorities.
