The Student Health Center's Registered Dietitian offers one-on-one counselling FREE of charge that includes:   
    1.  how to read labels   
    2.  help in reaching/maintaining a healthy weight      
    3.  sports nutrition      
    4.  identifying vitamins/supplements you may need    
 
  Our Registered Dietitian can also help answer questions such as:    
    1.  Is my vegetarian diet adequate in protein?   
    2.  Do protein supplements help build muscle?    
    3.  Could I be tired because I'm not eating a healthy diet?    
    4.  How many calories do I need to maintain my weight?     
    5.  What are the components of a healthy diet?
