The University Career Center assists alumni in their search for professional employment.  In doing so, the Center is responsible for the design, coordination and implementation of career programs and services at The University of Texas at El Paso. We provide alumni that are currently registered with the UTEP Alumni Association with the following services:

·  Job Listings: view and self-refer your résumé to part-time and full-time positions

·  Campus Interviews: Sign up for on-campus interviews for which you meet the employers requested criteria.

·  Résumé Referrals: Once your résumé has been uploaded to Job Mine, our online database for job listings and interview schedules, your résumé may be referred to employers requesting candidates.

·  Employer Links: View employer information on Job Mine and follow-up with your cover letter and résumé.

·  Résumé Reviews: Have one of our professional staff members assist you with reviewing and updating your résumé, cover letter, or vita.  This can be done via e-mail or by setting an appointment.
·  Company Presentations. Stay tuned to our Calendar of Events for date, time, and location information on the sessions sponsored by company representatives. 
· Job Fairs.  We invite you to attend any one of the career fairs that we host througout the year.

·  Fall Semester:                      Career EXPO, Graduate & Professional Schools Information Fair, and Public Service Career Showcase             ·  Spring Semester:                   Career Connections for Engineering & Science EXPO,                  Career Connections for Business & Liberal Arts Career Fair, and                  Teacher Job Fair.  ·  Visit our Calendar of Events for date(s), time, and location information on all our fairs. Employers/Organizations participating in our fairs are listed on our web site prior to the event.
