Welcome to Outreach Programs at the University of Texas at El Paso. With six federally-funded grant programs which operate year-round (and several additional summer programs), we are proud to provide much-needed services to over 2,500 eligible youth and adults in the El Paso area.  Outreach Programs is home to:
   
College Assistance Migrant Program (CAMP) Minimize    
Providing academic and personal support for 45 UTEP freshmen from migrant/seasonal farmworker backgrounds
